My real name is Eleanor Hope Everett and I am the daughter of the late Leslie R. Everett Sr., and the late Anita L. Smith. I was born in Lewiston, Maine on March 19, 1973. I graduated from Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School in the year of 1992. I am not married, but I have a companion that I've been with for over twenty years. I have three children; two boys and one girl.
I remember reading Stephen King books when I was in high school and I had every one of his books. It was then that I wanted to be a writer. I would do my homework in study hall just so I could spend more time on writing. I had a teacher who said I would never make it as a writer because writing was hard and writing to get published was even harder. In today's world, all that has changed.
Writing for me is pretty easy. I never have writer's block because I always know what I want to write about. I'm the type of writer who writes by the seat of their pants, which means I don't use outlines. I usually work on more than one project and I will divide my time between each one. It works out well for me because I get so excited about working on my books that I can't decide which one I want to work on first. Some will say I shouldn't do this, but each to their own. I am a writer of fiction and nonfiction books.
